FAQ
I have just signed up, why are some features not available to me?
Once you signup, we need to review and approve your membership, in an attempt to only allow people with a genuine interst in fishing and networking. Once we have reviewed your membership, we will upgrade you to full membership and you will have full access to the website. Welcome onboard!
What is a PROFILE PHOTO?
The PROFILE PHOTO is basically a mini photo that works as a 'teaser' on your account, the first thing another member sees along with your member 'nickname', we recommend that you upload your own photo instead of leaving the default image, as it is likely to bring you more contacts and new fishing buddy friends.
We at Fishing buddy Network would like to see all the member's photos, as this makes identification within the network an easy process. If you did not upload a photo for your Profile Photo when you signed up, you can do so at any time after we have upgraded your Membership Status. Please note that only the supplied icon/avatar (Male or female) or your profile photo are permitted. Simply point your mouse to the Steering Wheel (Wheel House) in the menu, and select PROFILE PHOTO, on the ensuing page, there is an ADD PROFILE PHOTO area where you can upload a photo from your computer, and use the Cropping Tool to resize your picture then push the Add PROFILE PHOTO button. You will see 2 photos in your My PROFILE PHOTOS frame, click in the RED X to remove the one you no longer want You have now changed your Profile Photo.
